Security:
Many apps that track Instagram unfollowers violate Instagram's terms of use. In particular, apps that perform automated actions or access disproportionate amounts of data can lead to your account being blocked. Not with my service!

You simply upload the lists, which better protects your privacy. The uploaded data will only be stored and processed for the duration and purpose of the service offered.
How it works:
I need your complete follower and following list. After uploading, my program compares these lists and gives you an overview of all the accounts you are still following while they are no longer following you.
Procedure:
Download your information via your Instagram app:
- Go to the Privacy Center and click on "Manage your accounts / Account overview"
- Click on "your information and permissions"
- Select your Instagram profile
- Click on "Download information"
- Select either "Contacts/Connections" or "All available information"
- Select "Download to device"
- Select "Entire period"
- Select the format "HTML" and click on "Create files"
Depending on the size of your Instagram account, it may take some time for Instagram to provide you with your data. Add this page to your favorites so you can find it again quickly. You can also just take a quick screenshot, the address is:

Once you have received the data, you will find files named followers.html and following.html. If you follow a lot of people and have a lot of followers, there are sometimes several files. You upload these files using the form on this page.

You will receive your list from me in two different formats:
- HTML file with direct links to the profiles
- Text format with an @ sign in front
You can open the HTML file in your browser at any time after downloading it. You will find direct links to the Instagram profiles in it. It is numbered so that you can note your progress more easily.
If you have more than one account, you can send the list in text format to yourself as a private message on Instagram. The @ sign ensures that you can easily access the profile. Please note the character limit for Instagram messages.
Note on Instagram's community guidelines:
Remove the accounts carefully! Instagram has taken numerous protective measures to protect its users from harmful and spam-like actions. For this reason, there are very sensitive limits for many functions that are intended to prevent automated actions. These also apply to following and unfollowing accounts. If you unfollow many Instagram accounts very quickly, you risk being blocked from doing so. These are usually time-limited, but if repeated or in conjunction with other measures, they can have a permanent effect or even lead to the entire account being blocked. It is therefore important to adhere to Instagram's community guidelines and terms of use when unfollowing accounts.
